DOMESTIC SHIPPING - Australia Post

  • Orders made on Fridays or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch during product launches, sale periods or restocks, as we may experience higher order volumes.
  • If your order contains a pre-order item, it will be shipped in full once that item is available. The estimated arrival date for pre-orders is listed on the product page. To receive any in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Standard shipping (7–12 business days): $10 AUD
Free shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard rate shipping (7–20 business days): Calculated at checkout per country.
We ship to a select international countries. Global shipping not available.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout for USA and Europe.


PRE ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items are clearly noted on their product pages, including estimated shipping timeframes—please review carefully before purchasing. 

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. If you would like your in-stock items to be dispatched earlier, please place two separate orders.
